Paynovate is growing. To ensure seamless management of our projects and foster inter-departmental cooperation, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations team. This strategic role will be responsible for the comprehensive project management from start-to-finish, work cross-multidisciplinary teams, with different expertise levels, in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your mission:
- As Project Manager, you manage all internal projects. You determine the scope, objectives, deliverables and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- You foster a culture of accountability and strong collaboration between each department (product, sales, IT, customer support). You handle project relationships with all stakeholders, and relations with external parties when applicable. You ensure alignment with our partners and follow-up on realizations and commitments.
- You act as guardian of project planning and milestones. You proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. You make sure to meet deadlines, or reevaluate them when need be, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the project.
- As Project Manager, you are accountable for regular project status reporting to the management team. You monitor project performance and conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization and knowledge sharing. You review and improve current project management methodology.

- You are passionate about software or fintech. Your Master's degree (or equivalent by experience) and 8-10 years experience in the software/payment industry have allowed you to gain deep insight on technically complex solutions implementation.
- You are a well-versed project manager. Your interpersonal skills and attention to detail are major assets for you to provide efficient and conscientious project management.
- You are born to implement continuous improvement. Sharing your knowledge is natural to you.
- Autonomy, agility and excellence are your motto.
- English is like a second language to you. You are ideally at ease using either French or Dutch to communicate within the team.
- You are at ease working in an international environment and love interacting with other cultures.
