We are in search of a versatile Technical Solutions Manager to lead our efforts in pre-sales consultations and the seamless execution of project implementations. This role is crucial for engaging with clients during the sales phase, clarifying their technical queries, and ensuring a consistent transition to project execution.

Your mission:

  • As Technical Solutions Manager, you act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries in the pre-sales phase, ensuring clients' technical needs and requirements are thoroughly addressed.
  • You champion the understanding and articulation of key product features, bridging the gap between client expectations and our service delivery.
  • You facilitate seamless project implementations, ensuring projects are delivered timely, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality client experience.
  • You align with stakeholders both internally and externally to communicate project status, ensuring transparency and proactive management of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You regularly report on project progress to internal teams and clients, using these updates to foster trust and maintain a collaborative environment.
  • You proactively identify, report, and escalate issues and delays to relevant stakeholders, demonstrating problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
  • You create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and accessible for review and compliance purposes.
  • You solicit and leverage client feedback post-implementation to refine and enhance our service offerings, contributing to continuous improvement.

  • You are passionate about fintech and exhibit a deep knowledge of Acquiring and Banking services. You hold a bachelor degree in computer science/business/related field and bring a solid experience in fintech, banking or a related financial services sector.
  • Your project oversight capabilities and stellar client engagement skills make you particularly proficient in client-facing roles.
  • Your solid understanding of our product features (particularly in Acquiring and Banking) paired with your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively communicate with both clients and the team.
  • You are an expert at managing your time. Your outstanding organizational skills allow you to work efficiently on projects.
  • English is like a second language to you. You are ideally at ease using either French or Dutch to communicate within the team, and any other European language skill is a plus.
  • Project Management tools such as Wrike or Jira are ideally familiar to you but not a main focus.
  • Autonomy, agility and excellence are your motto.
  • You are at ease working in an international environment and love interacting with other cultures.
