Paynovate is expanding. As an e-money institution, we provide seamless payment solutions to a growing number of customers, with a motto of ensuring customer satisfaction at any level. To bring our Customer Support Division to the next level, we are currently looking four a skilled Customer Support Agent.

Your mission:

  • As Customer Support Agent, you provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. You take full ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. You carefully troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex cases to upper lines when necessary. You collaborate with our Product, Sales and IT departments to ensure customer issue resolution.
  • You develop expertise in both our product and our customer needs, and you act as our pillar regarding customer engagement and retention. For this purpose, you proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and foster continuous improvement within the team.

  • Languages come easy to you. You are proficient in English, French and Dutch, any other language is a plus.
