Your mission:

As Paynovate is growing, we put strong emphasis on becoming the main partner of choice on the payment solutions market. To keep on growing our portfolio with many more new customers, we are now hiring a Business Development Manager who will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction, retention and success
  • Be responsible for prospecting and generating new leads through daily outreach, utilizing various prospecting tools and techniques
  • Qualify potential new customers and assess the needs and potential of prospects to determine their fit with our products or services
  • Negotiate deals and ensure contract signature
  • Maintain a full sales funnel by continuously adding and nurturing leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
  • Grow our customer base
  • Monitor and report problem resolution
  • Share customers feedback to the product team

Is this you?

  • Has 5 to 10 years of experience in business development.
  • Deeply knows the payment industry
  • Is passionate about sales and the challenge of opening doors to new prospects
  • Is a natural born networker, you are able to easily build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strive in communication and negotiation
  • Shows autonomy, agility and excellence
  • Spread a positive mindset to their surroundings
  • Speaks either French and/or Dutch. Fluency in English is a must-have as well.
  • Enjoys working in an international environment and love interacting with other cultures
  • Can travel accross Europe to attend industry events
