Paynovate is growing. To confirm our position of partner of choice on the market of payment solutions and foster excellent relationships with our agents, we are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager.

Your mission:

As Channel Account Manager, you lead the development of our payment terminals business through Indirect Channels/Partners, to design plans to meet sales targets and to develop relationships with our customers’ network. For this purpose:

  • You build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with our agents and distributors’ network while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • You carefully study industry trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities. You are responsible for executing commercial strategies to meet our ambitious targets, establishing relevant KPIs, making suggestions for corrective actions if sales are below target, and ensuring adequate reporting to the Sales Manager and C-level.
  • You manage and coach the POS & POS Acquiring sales team to improve account management and key metrics.
  • In order to meet partner needs, you use your business acumen and interpersonal skills to build interdepartmental relationships. You collaborate with our legal, product, finance, operations and support teams to ensure proper client onboarding, compliance, excellence in delivery, optimal customer experience and competitiveness of our product roadmap.

Is this you?

  • You are acutely familiar with indirect sales and channel management. Partnering with a network of agents to grow product sales is what you excel at doing.
  • You are passionate about fintech. Your industry experience with a payment solution provider makes you extremely knowledgeable about the payment solutions landscape and challenges.
  • Your proven track record in a account management position makes you confident in driving a sales process from start to finish.
  • Your sales experience has provided you the ability to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions, but also to position products against competitors.
  • You are born to lead and coach a sales team in order to bring them to the next level.
  • English is like a second language to you. You are at ease using either French or Dutch to communicate with your team, clients and partners.
  • Your excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, combined with your ability to communicate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders make you a invaluable asset to the team.
  • You are at ease working in an international environment and love interacting with other cultures.
